Closed competition Winning entry.

The project is developed on a steep land with the Football Field set at the lowest part of the plot. Landscaping is based on a series of terraced courtyards accessible through large stair flights, leading to the Kindergarten, Elementary and Secondary school campuses, Administration, Cafeteria, Performance Hall, Indoor Basketball Court and Swimming Pool buildings.

All the buildings are related with covered passageways integrated in the retaining walls. Painted fair-faced concrete façades add colorfulness to the volumes.
