The project is composed of a 20 floors tower building, built at the back of the plot with a very large elevation facing the south, with views on the sea and the North coast line.
This ideal position for the tower allows creating along the street a 4 floors structure of furnished apartments blocks much more adapted to the surrounding existing buildings. A large strip of landscaped interior gardens separating the tower from the furnished apartments block runs along the plot.
