The building stands as a distinctive entity, integrated in its environment,reflecting the image of the country and its distinguished guests.

The main courtyard stands between two rigid traditional blocks in continuation with a garden project by Solidere on the neighboring plot. This negative space with its light metallic structure acts as a bridge joining both buildings and allowing the banquet halls and the minister’s office to extend into planted terraces.
