Situated on a new development in the outskirts of Dubai, this project was governed by a land development regulation with very strict rules as to heights, number of floors, parking area, materials, etc.
The insertion of all the activities into the plot is quite elaborate, especially on the three first floors with the parking levels surround by retail and apartments. A very large terrace at the fourth level accommodates a swimming pool and related facilities.
