An eight floors residential building situated in an exclusive plot in Beirut Central District overlooking the sea and the Martyr’s square.

The concept design of this building was established by Shultes Frank Architectken

The building follows the rigid built to line elevation on the two perpendicular streets and adopt a fluent, curved and transparent form as it overlooks the ruins and the sea.
