The project is situated on a big plot overlooking Beirut central district.
A grid was adopted to govern the activities of the multifunction center: Parking levels, Commercial, Restaurants, Offices, Hotel and Apartments floors. The elevation treatment was adapted to each function, creating an interesting succession of layers giving this building its special character.
