The site is a very narrow and elongated piece of land facing the sea. this called for a design alternative where the dwelling units are developed one three floors on the basis of a modular staggering plan which allows all the room to have a view towards the sea with large covered terraces. the Mediterranean vocabulary used was achieved with earthy, multi-colored rough plaster treatment for the elevations and pitched roofs with roman tiles. planted terraces display wooden pergolas and shaded corners.
