Residential Complex 2008 – Jebel Ali Dubai

Situated on new development in the outskirts of dubai this project was governed by a land development regulation with very strict rules as to heights, number of floors, parking area, materials, etc … the insertion of all the activities into the plot was quite elaborate, especially on the three first floors with the parking levels surround by retail and apartments. a very large terrace at the fourth level accommodates a swimming pool and related facilities. the elevation were treated with a desert color stone enhanced by the introduction of silver aluminum cladding.
