Large plot at a main crossing in Riyad city. The program was to plan for 250 rooms Ibis Hotel and 150 rooms Novotel Hotel. Due to the height limitation, and the length of the buildings, they were set along a semi-circular grid that governs the whole scheme including the parking area and landscaping. The hotel rooms face either the main street or the interior gardens. With Guillaume Credoz.
