Monot is a charming neighborhood with a strong distinctive style. the Lebanese architecture marked by “colonial”. the objectives were to create a project that is conscious of the urban impact, successfully integrated with the surrounding environment. Insure a friendly and inviting atmosphere and provide the highest degree of functionality with a minimum loss of space. the project is composed of a 20 floors tower building, built at the back of the plot with a very large elevation facing the south, with views on the sea and the north coast line this ideal position for the tower allows creating along the street a 4 floors structure of furnished apartments blocks much more adapted to the scale and context of the surrounding existing buildings and reducing the scale impact to the passer by. a large strip of landscaped interior gardens separating the tower from the furnished apartments block runs along the plot from Monot Street ending with a picture window over looking Hugo 43 back gardens, and giving a very special character to the project. visitors are dropped under a 15m grand pilotis with 2 grand entrance halls separated by a vertical garden. the element of landscape is extensively introduced in the project to create an even more attractive atmosphere:
