MARIUS SARADAR HOLDING 812 2008-2009 – Achrafieh Lebanon

In a U shaped plan, interior design for two separate entities, but yet complementary, joined by a large meeting room and a open air existing patio. the double volumes at the entrances hold two pieces of art specially ordered for the project, and reflecting each ones business and humanitarian part of the holding. a glass bridge links the two parts at the mezzanine level. on the second floor a double volume area hosts the chairman’s office with a private entrance and terrace.
