Lhis five star hotel is set on a important plot in downtown Riyad. the building is based on a semi-circular plan with enclosed interior courtyards covered with large tensile structures. the elevators and the corridors leading to the bedrooms overlook the planted courtyards that act as extensions to the reception area, the restaurant and the ballrooms. the main, curved elevation has a metallic double skin set one meter and pierced with openings and balconies that act as sun breaking elements.
